Guild House Hotel is a beautifully restored 1855 rowhome and National Historic Landmark in downtown Philadelphia. The luxury boutique hotel features twelve distinctive rooms and suites, combining historic architecture, thoughtful design and five-star hospitality with an intimate, highly personalized guest experience.

The Challenge

Guild House Hotel partnered with Pixel & Polish to develop a measurable hotel marketing strategy focused on driving direct bookings and increasing revenue through paid media.
